Paul Peter Siniga is a Tanzanian communication, diplomacy, and policy expert who has dedicated his career to advocating for youth empowerment. Born on April 30th, 1993, in Tanzania, Paul has earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Mozambique Tanzania Centre for Relations.
Currently, Paul serves as the Speaker of the Fourth East African Youth Parliament, the United Nations Tanzania Sustainable Development Goals Champion, the European Union Delegation to Tanzania – Youth Influencer, UNICEF Tanzania’s Change Maker for Children, and a former Communication officer at the Youth of United Nations Association of Tanzania. As a young entrepreneur, he also founded an image, apparel, and PR company, Rio Paul Company Limited, and serves as the Founder and Communications Director for the Tanzanian consulting start-up, Aguila Group Limited. Paul is a member of the Tanzania Private sector foundation’s youth wing, a member of the Tanzania Start-up Association, a member of the Public Relations Society of Tanzania and a member of the East Africa Youth Network.
Paul’s extensive work in youth empowerment has earned him several appointments to advisory boards for non-profit organizations such as Global Diplomats Morocco, Africa Youth Transformation Tanzania, and the Fashion Association of Tanzania. Additionally, he has served as the Executive Secretary for the African Reflections Foundation and as the Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in the United Republic of Tanzania. Paul has participated in various community development assignments, initiatives, and engagements, building a strong network with the Governments, the Diplomatic Corps, the Private Sector, and Youth stakeholders in East Africa and beyond.
